Inflict Stun on the user and target: Both targets cannot move for 3 turns.

The target loses a percentage amount of HP each turn for 3 turns.

Increase the chances of Capture to occur from the user's Silhouette Capture by a percentage amount during this attack only.

If the target is under Capture, this attack deals three times the damage.

This skill is similar to, and is based on, the secret technique Shadow–Neck Binding Technique.
The thriple damage of this skill is if the target is under Silhouette it is the percent of health that the target is reduced per turn . So if a level one Secret Silhouette: Strangle , while the target is under Silhouette , the target will reduce 3% of his/her maximum hp every turn instead of 1% .

As this talent skill Stun the User too(3 turns).Its best to use Sensor Class Jutsu as it removes all negative status even in Stun.
