Spooky Batarizord is a stronger version of the Batarizord which is the ultimate boss of the 5th Anniversary Halloween Event. It came up on 21 October 2014 which replaced the old Batarizord. It has the same skills as the old one but there is a change in the appearance and much more stronger. It is a combination of the Spooky Zords which consists of Spooky Mech Pterodactylzord as its head, Spooky Mech Mastodonzord as its left hand, Spooky Tyrannzord Mech as its right hand, Spooky Mech Sabertooth Tigerzord as its right foot and Spooky Mech Tricerzord as left foot.

- Sword Attack: Deals damage.
- Basic Attack: Deals damage.
- Energy Laser: Deals damage and inflict Blind to the target for 2 turns.
- Shield Defense: Activates Guard status for 2 turns.
- Ultimate Sword Attack: Deals damage and inflict Oblivion on the target. Target will have 1 additional cooldown to all of his/her skill.
- Rainbow Power: Deals damage to all targets but only casts Chaos to only 1 target for 3 turns.
